  • Where are you based?
    We are based in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. Work hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday except holidays.
  • How do I choose the right size?
    Each item has a product description containing detailed information about the garment and its different fits and sizes. Please read the information given available and also consult our size guide. Send us a message should you need assistance on sizing.
  • What are your production & shipping lead times?
    Upon confirmation of payment, here are the following lead times to consider. Production Lead Time Pre-Order: 7 to 10 business days. On-hand and ready-to-ship pieces: Next business day Shipping Lead Time (on top of production lead time) All shipments originate from Cagayan de Oro (Mindanao). The current lead time for various locations is: National Capital Region (NCR) - 5 to 7 days Luzon outside NCR - 7 to 10 days Visayas - 5 to 7 days Mindanao - 3 to 5 days Please note that lead time may vary depending on the weather as well as shipper's location's situation.
  • What are the available payment methods?
    We accept bank transfer or bank deposit. Bank details are provided below and upon checkout.   • Does the checkout amount include shipping cost?
    Applicable shipping cost is already added upon checkout. Kindly select appropriate shipping method according to location upon checking out.
  • Is my order confirmed after checkout?
    You will receive a confirmation email from us after placing the order. The email will contain order information as well as payment instructions. Payment must be settled within 48 hours from order time.
  • Do I need to send proof of payment?
    Proof of payment has to be sent to camisa.ask@gmail.com within 48 hours from order time. This could be a screenshot of the transaction or a photo of the bank deposit slip.
  • What will happen if payment has not been completed within 48 hours?
    We will be reaching out to you to confirm cancellation of order. Cancellation of order will be processed automatically after 48 hours from order time unless an extension has been agreed upon.
  • Is it possible to cancel my order?
    Yes, please send us a message regarding cancellation of your order so we could put the inventory back to the webshop.
  • What courier services do you use?
    We currently use J&T Express, WWW Express, and LBC Express.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you surely can. A tracking number is given to each package we dispatch so the package can be monitored. The tracking number is sent to your email when the order is picked-up.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    As of the moment, we ship only within the Philippines.
  • Can I update the shipping address on my order?
    Yes, you can update the address prior to shipping the order. The shipping address cannot be changed when the package is in transit. Let us know about the need to change the address.
  • What are your return & exchange policies?
    We strictly do not offer refunds to all orders. For pre-order pieces, we do not accept return or exchange as these are tailored according to your specifications and measurements. You may contact us for possible alterations. For on-hand and ready-to-ship pieces, we offer size exchanges provided items are in good condition, have not been worn, damaged, or washed and that you notify us within 7 days upon receiving your order. To process return and exchange, you may email us at camisa.ask@gmail.com Kindly note that you will need to bear the shipping costs for the entire return and exchange process.
  • How do I take care of my clothes?
    Linen Blend, Cotton Blend, Rayon Blend Always separate dark/coloured linens from white or off-white linens to avoid colour transfer. It is best to hand wash using mild laundry detergent, air dry, and wear with linen’s natural wrinkles. If you prefer to iron, we recommend ironing it inside-out on a medium setting. Garments may also be steamed on a moderate setting. Option B is to machine wash in cold temperature (not hot) water on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying to prevent colour fading. Use mild laundry detergent. Do not bleach. Take the clothes out while they are still damp and air-dry. Linen Viscose Always separate dark/coloured linens from white or off-white linens to avoid colour transfer. Hand wash cold air dry in the shade recommended - after washing do not wring dress and be mindful that the color may transfer during the first few wears. Can wear with linen’s natural wrinkles. If you prefer to iron, we recommend ironing it inside-out on a medium setting. Garments may also be steamed on a moderate setting.
